When it comes to PEMF devices, there are many choices and many opinions on which is the right machine to use. Personally, I have tried 11 different models ranging from $200 all the way up to $25,000.
Some machines have super high intensities for brief microseconds, others have weak intensities with continuous pulses. Some machines have sine waves; others saw tooth and others that are more complex waveforms. Some machines use paddles, some mats and others use large conducting loops.

To be clear, when I use the word PEMF, I am referring first and foremost the natural pulsed magnetic fields of the earth. As we'll see in the section on Frequency This is a combination of the geomagnetic field of the earth and its frequencies along with the Schumann Resonance of the Ionosphere. Together, these natural energies of the earth, sustain, energize and protect us (from solar winds, cosmic rays, etc). Plus, these energies are ESSENTIAL for life, just like food, water and oxygen. And modern science now has developed PEMF devices that simulate and duplicate the earth’s natural PEMF frequencies.
I want to lay the foundation for a simplified approach to choosing the best PEMF device, which will hopefully help you in choosing other aspects of your wellness program as well. So please hear me out over the next page or two, it's some really fantastic information.
My 18 Year and $500,000 journey in Energy Medicine
When I was at Georgia Tech, I changed my major 3 times from Biology to Chemistry and finally to physics. I had a deep interest in biology, biochemistry and physics and especially biophysics, which combines them all. I graduated with high honors in Physics and enough credits to have a bachelor in Biology minus only a couple lab classes.
My love of physics stemmed from a deep yearning for understanding the big questions, like where did we come from, what is the origin and nature of the universe, what is consciousness, and who am I? It also stemmed from my interest in energy medicine, health and wellness. I followed a very unorthodox career path and spiritual journey that lead me to teaching physics for 5 years, living at a yoga retreat center for 4 years, spending 6 months in India with a focus on mediation and working part time 10 years for a health food store, learning, teaching and writing about natural healing, nutrition and energy medicine. I even became a certified nutritionist and help hundreds of people one on one with nutritional counseling. I wrote a book on health called Love it or Lose it, wrote articles for a leading health magazine in Michigan and even hosted my own TV show on health and wellness called Forever Young (did around 50 episodes form 2003 to 2006). During all of this I managed to finish my Masters degree in Physics and continuing teaching physics for Central Michigan and Muskegon Community College.
And I had an interest and passion that combined all these disciplines in an area of alternative healing and wellness called energy medicine. I currently have around 18 years experience in researching, testing, and trying over $500,000 worth of energy medicine devices. The last 6 years I have dedicated to researching, testing, and investigating Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy devices specifically, because I feel PEMF is the crown jewel of energy medicine.
When I say “energy medicine”, I mean using energy rather than chemistry and surgery to help assist the body to heal itself.
