For that you would actually need some good electronics to rectify AC to DC and then modulate at a 7.83 hz sine wave. This is NOT that!

The graph below with a "top of the line" Rodhe and Swartz oscilloscope is a 1 sec window with each block being 100 milliseconds. Notice that if you filled a block with the sine wave they use, it is 60 Hz... Straight from the power company. All they are doing is switching it on and off roughly 7.83 times a second. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen in my 13 years in the PEMF industry.
