So What are the Best Frequencies for Human Health?

Not to sound like a broken record, but the best frequencies for the human body are those naturally occurring on our dear planet earth.
There is abundance evidence that the TWO predominate earth based resonant frequencies are 7.83 Hz and 11.75 Hz (or 11.79 HZ) and their higher harmonics.
Further evidence is that the human brain state frequencies correspond to these frequencies (see next section) including the hippocampus.
Also of note is that both the U.S. (NASA) and Russian space program use 7.83 (Schumann generators) in the space suits and space stations to prevent serious illness.
Adey and Bawin showed very conclusively that cells respond to roughly 3-25 Hz and any frequencies outside this range have little or no effect.
Finally, Zimmerman in his study of energy healers found a magnetic frequency between .3 and 30 Hz validated Adey's research and solidifying the argument that the earth's natural frequencies are the most beneficial and actually the only absorbed and useful pulsating magnetic frequencies for the human organism.
Only two machines I evaluated had frequencies exclusively in this biological window.
Part 3: Timing >>>
PEMF Therapy Time

So How Long should you do each session?
As little as 8 minutes twice a day and as much as 24 minutes 3 times a day. Anything more than 24 minutes 3 times a day is not going to add extra benefits.
With PEMF more is not better. More intensity is not better (as seen), more (and higher frequencies) are not better and also, longer sessions are not better... Keeping within nature's limits and doing just a little each day goes a long way.
Its like a battery recharger. When the green light goes on the batteries are charged. You can leave the batteries in longer but it does not make them "more charged". Same with our cells, which actually are miniature batteries with a voltage of 70 millivolts when charged.
Typically we recommend starting with 8 minutes twice a day on a full body mat and additional time (if needed) with the local applicators to help any localized injuries, issues, etc.
Biorhythms - Different Frequencies at Different Times

Besides the duration of each session, another "timing" issue is the time of day.
There is a lot of research on circadian rhythms and biorhythms in the human body and a lot of it is coordinated with the cycles of light and darkness and the release of melatonin from the brain.
The chart to the left shows one perspective of the daily biorhythms based on a typical daily schedule of rising with the sun, eating breakfast, lunch and dinner and winding downing and sleeping shortly after sunset. Besides the cycles of light and dark, these circadian rhythms can also be synchronized with surrounding temperature, meal times, stress levels, exercise, and other daily routines.
But it is also important to note the different brain state frequencies and how the different "states" of consciousness synchronize with the daily biorhythms (see below).
Brain State Frequences Frequencies (approxmately .5 - 30 Hz)

Research of the human brain as well as measurements of brain waves conclude that there are four basic active and passive conditions of the brain, which are in direct correlation with the physical reactions.
1. Beta-Waves (above 13Hz, at centre about 14-16 Hz and up to 30 Hz)
These waves determine brain activity during awake, tense and active conditions. At the forefront are the consciousness, influenced by external stimuli, the processing of mental impressions and critical thinking. Within the constructive beta area, a condition of elevated concentration is present. Elevated frequencies past a certain limit cause destructive conditions, such as stress, fear or even panic. Overly elevated beta-wave-shares cause a higher output of stress-hormones.
2. Alpha-Waves (8-13 Hz)
They appear in a relaxed condition when the eyes are closed in the stage between sleep and waking hours. Characteristics are pleasant relaxation, positive mood and a feeling of “body and spirit” integration.
3. Theta-Waves (4-8 Hz)
They usually develop during sleep, dreaming and deep meditation. The formation of the sub-consciousness is now active. This zone is characterized by vivid imagination ability, improved learning and recollection ability, fantasy and intuition.
4. Delta-Waves (0.5-4 Hz)
They appear mostly during deep-sleep and are rarely experienced during wakening hours. The accompanying psychological conditions are a dreamless sleep, trance and deep-hypnosis. Delta waves are of great importance for healing processes as well as the functioning of the immune system.
Earth Frequencies = Brain Frequencies

O.K. This is really cool. When I first fully understood it, I got goose bumps and realized with near certainty that Nature always gives us what we need.
What I want to show is something I got from a really great physicist, Tony Smith.
Hopefully its clear that the fundamental frequencies 7.83 and 11.8 correspond to theta-alpha brain states which are very relaxing. Further the higher harmonics of both correspond to beta and high beta (14-30 Hz).
But what about low theta and delta?
The 1 Hz frequency of the Delta waves is 7.5 times lower
than the 7.5 Hz natural frequency at the surface of the Earth.
Since the radius of the Earth is about 6,400 km,
the radius for a 1 Hz natural frequency is
about 7.5 x 6,400 = 48,000 km.
Here are some natural frequencies that seem to correspond
to the Delta and Theta waves of the Human Brain.
Plasma Sheet (opposite Sun),
inner radius = 60,000 km 0.8 Hz
Magnetopause (toward Sun),
radius = 60,000 km 0.8 Hz
Geosynchronous orbit,
radius = 35,000 km 1.4 Hz
Outer Van Allen electron belt,
outer radius = 25,000 km 2 Hz
Inner Van Allen proton belt,
outer radius = 12,000 km 4 Hz
Inner Van Allen proton belt,
inner radius = 8,400 km 5.7 Hz
As to the following frequencies:
Magnetopause
(opposite Sun), radius = 380,000 km 0.125 Hz
Plasma Sheet
(opposite Sun), outer radius = 380,000 km 0.125 Hz
Moon orbit,
radius = 384,000 km 0.125 Hz
The above shows us that the lower frequencies are also found within Nature.
Frequencies and Biorhythms

Now for the practical information. Based on Circadian rhythm studies and common sense, we need beta or stimulating frequencies in the morning and early afternoon, alpha in the early evening and evening, theta right before bed and during sleep and at least a few hours of delta during the night for deep rejuvenation (along with REM sleep too).
So just as our planet has rhythms between .5 Hz and 30 Hz, so too do we as humans experience these different frequencies throughout the day from high Beta (upwards to 30 Hz) to low delta (down to as low as .125 Hz).
We are connected and related to our dear Earth in many ways and it seems the same music of the spheres beats to a similar tune in each of us and our planet.
But doesn't it just make sense that energizing frequencies in the morning and afternoon and relaxing frequencies in the evening and before bedtime are ideal? Well, now you know there is science to back this reasoning up.
So What Should we Look for in a PEMF Machine?

When choosing a PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) Device, I recommend looking for a machine that contains a biorhythm clock, so that way you will be energized in the morning and afternoon, relaxed in the evening and feel sleepy before bed and experience deep and rejuvenating sleep at night.
Only one device I evaluated had a biorhythm clock built in to tune you into the proper frequencies for the different cycles of the day.
Also make sure the frequencies are between roughly .5 to 30 Hz (ideally) so as to match the harmonics of both your brain and the earth.
And remember, more is not always better. You would be surprised how good you can feel using PEMF even just 8 minutes twice a day.
